All orders will be shipped through UPS or United States Postal Services by 7-10 days unless back-ordered, or if order is received on week-end day or holiday. For fastest delivery of an order, special arrangements can be made through Fed Ex. We at Anvictorias strive to have you completely satisfied with our timely delivery.

If you have a backorder, it will be shipped out immediately when they become available or we can ship them to you with your next order.

There is a handling fee of $5.00 charged to each order,  as well as whatever is the going rate for your desinated area.

Merchandise can be returned to our warehouse if there is a problem with the size, if there is damage, or if the fabric is not as is expected. This must be taken care within a 30 days period so that the merchandise can be exchanged or credited to the necessary department.
